battlefield 4 achievements not unlocking

My problem is that I finished the BF1 campaign at 100% (all codexs, all manual fields, all difficulties) but 3 achievements were NEVER unlocked in Origin which are : 'All mean dream', 'The War to End All Wars' and 'The Great War' (and yes, I was 'online' at the time).
